Importance of Sleep for Your Immune System

The stronger your immune system, the better chance you have against Covid-19, should you catch it.  Regular restful sleep should be a priority in your life, not a luxury.  We need seven to nine hours of good quality sleep every night to keep our immune system strong.  Sleep is the body’s daily time to rest and restore.
