Spirit of the Points

Feed your spirit with acupuncture. While most people seek acupuncture treatment for pain relief, Five Element Acupuncture is also very effective on an emotional/spirit level. What we think and feel greatly affects our physical body. In Worsley Five Element Acupuncture, the use of the acupuncture points for the spirit and emotions is a core principle of treatment—not an add-on. The system taught by Professor J.R. Worsley treats the human being as a unified expression of body, mind, and spirit, with illness reflecting a disturbance in that unity.

I am going to share with you some of my favorite acupuncture points for treating the spirit and emotional well-being.
